The Philippine International Performing Arts Festival Foundation (PIPAFF), in cooperation with Asia Arts Festival Philippines (AAFP), officially opens registration for its 2027 festival and competition—bringing together aspiring and accomplished artists for an opportunity to perform, compete, develop their talents, and potentially represent the Philippines on the international stage.
WHO CAN JOIN?
PIPAFF 2027 welcomes solo and group participants across three age divisions:
- 7–12 years old
- 13–19 years old
- 20 years old and above
SHOWCASE YOUR TALENT
Participants may compete in a diverse range of performing and visual arts disciplines:
Dance
Ballet, Modern Jazz, Hip Hop and Contemporary
Voice
Pop and Classical
Instrument
Piano, Violin, Guitar and Cello
Visual Art
Painting and Drawing — Local Festival Only
HOW TO REGISTER
Participants must complete the official PIPAFF registration form and submit two videos of their performance pieces through the PIPAFF website.
An initial registration fee of ₱1,500 is required upon submission. The initial fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the participant’s selected package fee.

- Cultural tour in Iloilo City
- Personality development workshop
- One-hour one-on-one mentoring session
- Structured daily group practice

- One live mall performance
- Group performance during the PIPAFF Production Show

5-DAY & 5-NIGHT OVERNIGHT MASTERCLASS — ₱15,000

For participants seeking a more immersive festival experience, the Overnight Masterclass includes:
- Breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and evening snacks
- Accommodation — four participants per room
- Daily individual masterclasses with in-house mentors
- Group activities and practice
- Stage deportment workshop

- Two pre-competition live mall performances

THE ROAD TO SINGAPORE
PIPAFF 2027 is more than a national competition. For exceptional performers, it can become the beginning of an international journey.
Gold, Silver and Bronze talent winners in the sub-categories will receive award trophies, certificates, monetary prizes and prizes in kind.
The PIPAFF Champions Prize Package is worth ₱150,000.
The Gold festival winner from each category with the highest score will be selected to compete in the Singapore Asia Arts Festival and represent the Philippines.
For category solo winners, the PIPAFF Champions package includes:
- Sponsored round-trip coach airfare
- Travel insurance
- One checked-in luggage
- Travel tax
- 2 nights and 3 days hotel accommodation in Singapore
- Asia Arts Festival registration fee
- PIPAFF Team Jacket
Group winners’ Asia Arts Festival Singapore registration will also be sponsored by PIPAFF.
Minor delegates must be accompanied by a parent, and winners must have a valid passport to participate in international competitions.
PIPAFF FESTIVAL DAY — MAY 1, 2027
After days of preparation, mentoring and artistic development, participants will come together for PIPAFF Festival Day on May 1, 2027.
It is more than a competition. It is an opportunity to step onto a larger stage, meet fellow artists, learn from mentors and become part of a community committed to artistic excellence.
For some, that journey may continue far beyond the Philippines.
